In compliance with article 5 of Law 15/1999, which regulates the right to information in the collection of data, the University of Navarra (hereinafter UN) informs you and you expressly consent that:

1. The personal data provided by you through this website, including health data, if applicable, will be included in the file owned by the UN, duly registered in the General Data Protection Register. The purpose of the file is research. Your (anonymous) answers will be used for the research of the AMAR project, and your personal data will only be used to contact you when necessary. Only the researchers of this project will have access to the data. Furthermore, whoever has access to the personal data (name, address...), will not have access to the answers given by the participants, which will be kept in a separate database.
2. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, unless requested by the Ombudsman or by the competent judges or courts.
3. You guarantee that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, and you shall be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorization to provide their data to the UN for the aforementioned purposes.
4. You will have the right to access your personal data, rectify them or, if applicable, cancel them before the UN (info@amarhoy.org; Building Los Castaños, Universidad de Navarra, C/ Irunlarrea s/n, 31009 Pamplona), the body responsible for the file. You will also have the right to oppose the processing of data that you do not consider appropriate, provided that it is not obligatory or permitted by Law.
5. In response to the UN's concern to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data, the required levels of security for the protection of personal data have been adopted and the technical means within its reach have been installed to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided.

By clicking on the "Send form" button you expressly give your consent to the University of Navarra to process your personal data for the purpose of managing your participation in the AMAR (Antecedents of Marital Adjustment Research) research project. Your data will be deleted once the research project is completed and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required to do so. You have the right to withdraw your consent, without affecting the processing already carried out, to access, modify or delete your personal data at any time, as well as to exercise other rights that are listed on the Data Protection page [https://www.unav.edu/proteccion-de-datos], where you can obtain more details about the privacy policy of the University of Navarra.
